kwieo munhwa chukje (퀴어문화축제)

First held in 2000 and held every year since. A counter-rally takes the same street on the same day, and the fight over permission to use public squares has moved the venue repeatedly. That scene is itself the clearest picture of where Korea currently stands on the subject.
